WE LIVE IN AN OCEAN OF AIR
at Saatchi gallery
Open until 24th Feb, this immersive, VR-powered installation at the Saatchi Gallery has been created by digital artists Marshmallow Laser Feast. It aims to submerge users in the breathable biome of a sequoia forest, visualising each visitor’s heart rate, breath and body temperature to depict how we rely on the air around us.
Videogames: Design/Play/Disrupt
at the V&A
This exhibition provides a unique insight into the design process behind a selection of groundbreaking contemporary videogames. Design work, including concept art and prototypes, feature alongside large-scale immersive installations and interactives. Open until the 24th Feb.
Staging Jackson Pollock
at the Whitechapel Gallery
Whitechapel Gallery is akin to the spiritual home of Jackson Pollock in the UK, having hosted the London premiere of his work. Sixty years later, Pollock’s Summertime 9A has returned – and best of all, it’s free. Open until 24th March.

Until the 14th Feb, experience a community-driven response to the global migration crisis from Cuban artist Tania Bruguera. A heat-sensitive floor, subsonic sound waves, and a room that makes you cry are some of the delights here, aiming to evoke empathy for our fellow humans.

MAGIC REALISM
at TATE BRITAIN
Encounter the uncanny and mysterious through the art of the Weimar Republic. Tate Modern will explore German art from between the wars in a year-long, free exhibition, open until 14th July. The exhibition draws upon the rich holdings of The George Economou Collection.

Christian Dior: Designer of Dreams
at the V&A

Spanning 1947 to the present day, this exhibition traces the history and impact of one of the 20th century's most influential couturiers, exploring the enduring influence of the fashion house, and Dior’s relationship with Britain. Open until the 24th July at the Sainsbury Gallery.
